Lightbox not showing description

    I’m trying to get the description to show up on the lightbox pop-up. I have the setting checked off, but the lightbox is not showing anything. As a matter of fact, changing any of the settings that relate to showing something on the light box (item name, rating, social media, etc.) also does nothing to the actual display. Even the Opacity is not working.

    These items are not shown on zoomable and panoramic lightbox because there is no room for it.
    This is the way it is designed

    Will get into the background opacity issue.

    Thank you! I had no idea that was the reason, but turning off the zoom and pan feature fixed it!
