Lightbox not workin in IE

    Hi Tom,

    Actually I know you are not the one to bother with this problem, but I don’t know where else to turn.
    If you say ‘that’s not for me to look at’, I understand.

    Expander lightbox on the thumbnails in page https://www.helderrood.nl/dicklubbersen/mixed-media/ does not work in IE. And I cannot figure out why not. There is no errormessage to be found (for me).
    What can I do?
    Dfactory says everything is looking good (it’s their plugin).
    Bot it doesn’t not in IE.
    Can you maybe give a hint?

    Hi there,

    I’m not seeing any console errors so that’s good.

    I would say switch to a twenty series WordPress theme temporarily and see if the issue still exists, if so then the plugin support should have another look as it should work with the default theme at the very least.

    It also depends on the version of IE. Is the plugin compatible with the version you’re testing?

    Thanks you both, for answering my question that’s not really a generatepress-question.
    Switched to twenty-something, deactivated all plugins and still no expander in IE.
    Testing with IE11, the latest version…

    Back to the pluginsupport again (it’s not very good ;-))
