    Help! My Simple Lightbox plugin isn’t working at all. Any tips as to why?

    Hi, there do not appear to be any image links on the page you provided. Without links, there is nothing for visitors to click on and launch the lightbox.

    Please provide an updated link to a specific page containing image links and I would be glad to take another look.

    Hi, SLB supports WordPress’ native content areas such as post/page content, widgets, menus, etc. To keep the core plugin as streamlined as possible, support for content areas added by other plugins is handled via extensions.

    For example, the WooCommerce Extension adds support for WooCommerce-specific content areas used at the link you provided, such as WooCommerce’s product image gallery.

    Let me know if you are still experiencing an issue with SLB after installing the WooCommerce extension and I would be glad to reopen this ticket and take another look.
