Lightbox not working

  • Sure. You don’t have easy image gallery installed or are not using the metabox on the edit screen to load the images. The HTML markup of that gallery is the default WordPress one.

    There may then be a deeper issue as Easy Image Gallery is definitely installed and active, how would I know that it is using the correct metabox to load the images?

    Is there somewhere I can set which metabox to use?

    Go to the edit screen of that page/post. Scroll down until you see the Gallery metabox that Easy Image Gallery adds. Use that to add your images.

    You’ve added your gallery by the sounds of it to the WP editor, correct?

    Oh I see my error now, I thought Easy Gallery replaced the original gallery functionality.
