Lightbox not working in categories

Hi!
Thanks for a great plugin.

I’ve gotten most of my tweaking and styling to work, but a problem has turned up.

The plugin loads Colorbox very nicely on the start page where the plugin is used, but as soon as you click on a category, it stops opening the images in Colorbox and instead just opens them in a new window.

Thankful for any help to solve this issue.

I’m also having some trouble with the easing between categories – it doesn’t look very smooth at all. Any ideas on how to solve that, too?
