Lightbox not working on Youtube links

Thanks for your amazing plugin! It was working but no longer seems to be working on any of my video links. Any idea if this is a settings issue causing the video not to open in lightbox? ‘Add lightbox to YouTube and Vimeo video links by default.’ is checked.
