Lightbox not working properly

  • Hello,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the lightbox in my Envira Gallery. When I click on an image, it seems like there are two actions happening simultaneously: the lightbox opens, but then the image also redirects to its media file URL. The lightbox appears, but a second later, it changes to the image URL.

    What can I do to fix this?

    To resolve the issue, I recommend disabling the custom links when turning on the lightbox. Having both the lightbox and custom links active could be causing the problem.

    I tried that but if I remove the custom link, lightbox simple doesn’t work.

    Unfortunately, you cannot open the lightbox and custom link simultaneously. Instead, you should select one option at a time.

    If you want to open the image in Lightbox mode, you must turn off the custom link and enable the Lightbox mode. Likewise, to redirect the image to another page when clicked, turn off the lightbox and allow the custom link option.
