Lightbox not working with WordPress Gallery

I have a WordPress gallery with link=file and FooBox Image Lightbox used to work, but now clicking on an image just goes to the image file with no lightbox action.

It did work at one time and I’m not sure at what point it stopped working with all the recent WP updates.

Any idea what might be causing the problem? I’m not seeing any JS errors and enabling the debug menu didn’t help (but I’m definitely not a JS expert by any stretch)
