Lightbox not works after resizing of images

    I created galleries with uploaded images and all was fine. Now I resized the images in the galleries trying to improve loading time. I did the resizing in Manage Gallery. After this, when I went to the gallery clicking the gallery photo the lightbox came up but with the thumbnails and the navigation arrows were not there. I have to go back to the previous page of the gallery in order to get out from the lightbox.
    The image resizing in Manage Gallery broke the lightbox function. Is there any remedy to the problem?

  • I had the same thing happen and the advice (from Imagely) was to delete the plugin and reinstall. Doing that didn’t delete the image galleries, but did resolve the problem.

    It was also triggered by me trying to resize images and today I have discovered another bug (also when trying to resize), which redirects everything in the site to the home page. Imagely urgently need to take a look at the resizing image problem.

    * Make sure to take a backup before you delete the plugin, just in case.

    Thanks Tig2021. I went back to check my resized images in the galleries. The issue is no longer there. This makes me think it is a cache issue. Once the cache is refreshed, the problem gone.
