  • Dear user lightbox is responsive. Maybe you have some problems in your site. Can we see your page link?

We found a work around and this is no longer an issue. But I will setup a demo page later to show you what we mean.

To solve the problem for now we are using a different plugin (Cyclone Slider 2) to display as sliding images in mobile layout. But you may notice on tablets that it still shows the pop-up window quite large, but its not as much of an issue there.

Dear user you made modification on our plugin, so when it is on mobile it became slider. As you touched our codes, we are no longer responsible for problem you have, because those modifications could damage something and lightbox is not responsive.
And one more thing, if on mobile our gallery turns to slider and image doesn’t popup, how you can decide that it is not responsive? To just shrink the window is not right way to test it.

Please reset our plugin as it was before your modification and I will show you that lightbox is responsive

I did not change the plugin to make it a slider, I am just hiding your plugin on mobile devices and displaying a different plugin instead as it wasn’t displaying properly. It was my quick fix solution as I needed to show the client a working website.

I have setup a demo page here:

    https://www.bingleyplace.co.za/wp/gallery-sample/

The pop-up window doesn’t fit neatly on the screen on a mobile device. The way the thumbnails stack is great, but when you click on them to enlarge the popup is too big and wider than the devices screen-size.

Yes, but for the first time you sent me this link https://www.bingleyplace.co.za/wp/house/ and here I can see our plugin which becomes slider when i shrink the window.
On this page https://www.bingleyplace.co.za/wp/gallery-sample/ I see only our plugin, which is modified which is responsible. I can send you screenshot if you contact me [email protected]. All elements get one under each other.
The only problem is that lightbox is broken, we can help you to fix it. please send message to the e-mail and you will talk to our developers.
