Lightbox only working on some images

  • Hi,
    When you go to the link, you will need to click on Homes, then either Birch or Willow to get to the gallery. This site is behind a coming soon page.

    When I click the first image in the gallery, the lightbox pops up and I can go forward or backward just fine. But then, I click on a dot to another “page” and click an image in the slider and it just pops up – no lightbox and you have to hit the back button to get out of the enlarged image. This is happening on Chrome but not Firefox.

    This plugin was officially adopted by FooPlugins, but they haven’t done the full implementation of taking over this support forum. I’ve notified them of your request though. I hope that can get back to you with finality soon.

    I can tell you though, that this issue is related to the Owl Carousel Javascript itself, and not necessarily something that can be easily resolved. It’s unclear to me at this point what causes the issue because it doesn’t happen everywhere, only in some implementations.

    For now I would recommend going through your site and looking for anything that might force a “lazy load” feature and disable it on the page that has your carousel. This could be related.
