Lightbox overlay works locally but is stuck on top on web server

Hi, I’m trying to use the Lightbox on my webpage and it seems to be bugged when I activate it on web server. But on my local server it works properly and the overlay opens where the scroll is. On web server though the overlay is always on top, in all browsers.
Is it some kind of Jquery error or something?
