I had the same problem today… did you find the plugin?

Anyways i found the authors (Dan Zappone) site, where he offers one that is called lightbox plus…

Same here. It has been my favorite lightbox plugin for years and it′s not in the repo anymore. I just tweeted to him.

I’ve ever tried several lightbox plugins, this is the best it suits my needs. I’m now still using it. Does anybody know is it a temporary issue or permanent stopped? Will it be any problem if we keep using it or should we move to the others?

I have been using this alternative. It doesn′t have many options but works really smoothly.

Guys – just a heads up.
I’m no expert, but as far as I know, the plugin ‘lightbox plus colorbox’ was removed from the WP repository due to a security flaw (that hasn’t been fixed).
Unless you’ve fixed the code yourself, best to find an alternative from the repository.
