Lightbox shows then disappears

Hi, I’m using the light version.
I’m attempting to set it up but whenever you click on an image it briefly opens the lightbox window, attempts to load the image, then just closes. I’ve tested it on some of the default themes to rule out theme issues but it still seems to do that.
