  • Same issue for me.

Wow – amazing gallery! Installed perfectly, but regrettably I’m having the same spinning icon challenge as the others above. (WP 3.9.1, Theme: Twenty Twelve, with Styles: Twenty Twelve plugin). Issue exists on FireFox 29.0.1, Chrome 35.0.1916.114 m, and IE 11.0.9600.17107) Running WP on localhost or else I’d send you a link.

    Thanks much!

(Solution?) I don’t know enough to know what I don’t know, so do this AT YOUR OWN RISK. When pasting the short code for the gallery (the one that pops up when the gallery is first created), omit the second bracketed part that contains “slug”:

    [envira-gallery id="156"]
    [ envira-gallery slug="my-envira-gallery" ]

    gets changed to:

    [ envira-gallery id="156" ]

The spinning icon disappears, and everything else seems to work, but again, I can’t tell (don’t know) if this is important or not, and whether it breaks something else.

I had this problem and it was because I enabled a twitter feed widget. Likely a plugin or javascript collision problem.

    Hey rehtaeh,

You have two instances of the same gallery (specifically ID 633.) You only need to enter the ID or the Slug. In this case, the 2nd gallery is not loading because it is the same ID of the first gallery on your page.
