Lightbox styles not working

  • We have just purchased the Developers version and not all the lightbox styles are appearing properly. Some are broken or displaying oddly. Happy to supply screenshots. We even tried reverting back to a default theme to make sure it wasn’t our theme styling causing conflict and it still occcured.

    Can we create our own custom styles or edit existing ones to display properly / better?

    Have just emailed you regarding this issue.

    Initially we thought perhaps it was caching, but it definately appears to be missing some images or styling in the stylesheets. :-S

    Styles 1, 4, 5 dont look correct. Perhaps some of our stylesheets are interferring, but even when using a default theme the same issues occur so our stylesheet doesn’t seem to be the cause.
