Lightbox text fields missing

    Hello,
    I’ve recently installed the Chimpmate and would like to integrate the Newsletter Lightbox for certain pages. Unfortunately, the text fields for the LightBox are not showing up even though they are showing up in the Live Preview but not in the main page.

    # There is a constant Loading Button in ‘Live Preview’ section and no link to connect with ‘Join Us’. How to set those?
    Also, do you have a formal documentation for this?
    Looking forward to a positive response with this.

    Hi royz4u,

    It is because your form selected is empty. Click edit button against your form in the Custom Form section under the General tab. Add your fields, and Click OK. Click Update Options button to save your options.

    @voltroid Thanks for the help!
    That worked for me. I want to remove the ‘Lock’ icon from the copyright section. How to do that? And is there any option to add company Logo on top of the Lightbox ?

    Hi,

    You can uncheck the Enable tag under the Lightbox tab.
