Lightbox transparency problem

Do you have the latest version of the plugin installed? We have tested in our installation and we do not see the transparency that you mention, that is, everything works correctly.

If you have the latest version, try changing the theme to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty-Twenty One, and if the problem persists, try only leaving our plugin and WooCommerce active.

Finally, it would be useful for us if you provide us with the link to your site.

My theme is Astra version 3.7.9 i build that at localhost thats why i can not send link. If i can send screenshot about the problem, i can send it. Additionally, i’m try to build e-commerce website

Hello there,

You can send us a screenshot if you wish. We have tested on our installation with Astra 3.7.9 and we don’t have that display problem. However, it’s a bit difficult to come up with a solution if we can’t access your site and inspect the HTML in the browser.

Have you tried leaving only active WooCommerce and our plugin? Maybe there is some plugin modifying our styles.

Try adding this CSS in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

#fullResImage:hover {
  opacity: 1 !important;
}
