Lightbox won’t work with my theme

Hello,

Your plugin seem very nice and I’d love to use it fully with the pro options but first I want to make sure it can work with my theme. I’ve tried many times to install your plugin and it keeps not working. I know something must be wrong with my wordpress theme but I can’t figure out what it is.
