Lightboxes Effects Don't Work

I’m happy to submit a bug report, however we do not provide access to our systems to third parties. I’ll get that submitted momentarily.

@triplemoons – Thanks for submitting the Bug Report. I have responded to it with a request for those credentials all the same as there is not much more I can offer as far as troubleshooting goes from this side of the page. We will most likely need to get a look under the page to carry on.

I would suggest creating a mirrored version of the site with the issue (ensuring the issue persists) and provide credentials to that “safe” test site if you are reluctant to have us work on the current site.
