    Hi there

I have been using your Cart Abandonment plugin for a while now and am pretty happy with how it performs. However, I recently picked up an issue with a client who is using an inventory management and POS system called Lightspeed. They were previously called “Vend”.
She alerted me to the fact that when orders are recovered, that it does not pull through to her Lightspeed system. Since Lightspeed is in regular use across the world, would it be possible for you to fix this in your next update please?
If you need access to the site, please let me know and I will setup a user for you.

    Hello @flashaha,

I’m glad to hear that you’ve been satisfied with our Cart Abandonment plugin’s performance. Regarding the issue you’ve raised with the Lightspeed system, it’s important to note that the recovered orders information is available on the WooCommerce orders page.

However, if you specifically need the recovered orders to integrate seamlessly with the Lightspeed system, this functionality is not currently supported. I appreciate your feedback on this matter. While it’s not within the existing capabilities of the plugin, I will certainly pass on your request to our development team for consideration in future updates.
