Lightstart Bot Not Working

    I have installed the plugin and for some unknown reason the BOT does not want to work, it displays however does not bring up questions ect. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thank you for using LightStart and reaching out.

    I have tried replicating this issue on a clean instance, but LightStart seems to be working as expected, as seen here -https://vertis.d.pr/v/Q1myB0 . So This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict on your end. Please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin(https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/), enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins, reactivate LightStart and open the page and check if the issue persists. If the issue no longer appears then After that try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugins.
