Like Box not displaying content

    Hi, I am currently testing the free version and noticed that LikeBox does not load FB page content other that the FB page header, like button and fans count. I happens only for Chrome browser – on Edge or Mozilla it works fine. it works fine also on mobile chrome browser on my mobile phone. Do you know if there is any clash with chrome and this plugin? Any chrome browser setting that needs to be on? thanks for the assistance in advance

    Hi @pawelsz.

    Try clearing your browser and website caches. By the way, we didn’t find the Like Box field on the page you shared, so we can check it.

    It’s not there coz I switched it off till I sort out what is the issue. I have cleared cache several times already and I don’t think it’s the cache issue – multiple people on multiple machines also can not see the feed in the box when browsing in chrome. Other web browsers work fine

    We tested the plugin twice in the Chrome browser and it works great. Can you try testing another public Facebook page?

    It won’t work for me, checked on both personal pages and company fanpage ID’s. It also won’t ork for 3 more people on 3 different machines – same scenario – does not load in Chrome but loads in Edge/Firefox. I’ve turned the plugin on for a while so you could see on your own. Is there a way to attach screen shots here in the ticket?

    From our side, the “Like Box” works correctly and displays the latest post in the Chrome browser – https://wpdevart.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/screenshot-like-box.jpg

    This may be a browser cache or version issue, unfortunately, we can’t say for sure.
