Like button not loading on SOME posts

    Hi there, would like seek an expert help. I’ve activated Like button, but strangely it works only on 3 posts out of 8 posts published so far. The rest (5 posts) just shows “loading…”.

    Did my research online and tried those suggested, but no luck so far. Btw, one intriguing fact is that, under “My Blogs” tab on my wordpress.com admin page, it says I have only 3 posts although I have actually 8 posts published. So, I assume these 3 posts are the ones that load Like button successfully, but I don’t get why wordpress.com admin page cannot recognize the remaining 5 posts…

    I really want to use this Like button on my self-hosted WP site. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

    So far, tried the followings, but nothing has worked.

    –deactivate all installed plugins but jetpack
    –upgrade WP version to the latest (3.6.1)
    –switch the theme back to default (twenty-twelve)

    No matter what I’ve tried, only 3 posts out of all 8 published posts always show Like button correctly (the rest shows “Loading…”).

    I am increasingly feeling that there must be a bug.

    Maybe the last resort is to set up a new sub domain site and do a fresh install of WP and Jetpack (only), and see how it goes…

    Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

    Thanks Richard for your help. Actually, I’ve set up a new sub domain and done a fresh install of WP and Jetpack plugin (only), then Like button is working (unless deactivating other modules of Jetpack). I’m happy with this solution. I’ll just move all my posts into sub domain so that I can use Like button. Thanks!
