    Hey,

I came across this issue happening with 0.20.

If User A posts in a Private Group, and User B (also in the same Private group) Likes it, that Like is shown in the Public Site-wide Activity stream via the ‘Like’ share display of the activity post.

I was able to do this twice (just to be sure).

    Can you replicate?

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

same here – likes in private groups are showing for everyone on the sitewide activity stream.

    Is there a possible fix?

Hi Darren, I was wondering if you could replicate this and if so if you had any ideas for how to fix it.

    Thanks.

I added v 0.3 via github, hoping this issue was resolved in that update. No luck.

    Everything else works fine.

Do you have any intention of having the plugin honor the privacy aspects of items ‘liked’ within groups?

    Thanks.

Hi majecdad I’ve added a check for if an update is liked in a group in the latest version. This should now be resolved. Though I’ve to check for some edge cases.
