Like it but frustrating!

  • Sento free worked decent.
    Upgraded and this happened:
    1. No real instructions on how to upgrade
    2. sliders from the free version along with some data lost going to pro
    3. support? I had about 6 questions, made me do a separate ticket for each up only allows up to 4 tickets for just simple questions like change font. Slow to respond.
    4. No real start up guide on how to use.
    5. Customize section no longer works, must use their menu area for customizing….they don’t tell you that.
    6. Features advertised are not that great and don’t offer much over free things.
    7. Google fonts have NO preview!! You have to go and google each of the hundreds of fonts or select one at a time and then save and preview times hundreds of fonts for each page area…..Time Consuming.
    8. Page builder…ehhh its ok.

    Results: Don’t buy = you have no coding experience or limited time.
    Buy = if you have some coding, plenty of time and don’t need support.
