• I tried all of the before/after sliders that I could find, and they all exhibited the same formatting error on my self-hosted WP/WPBakery/Werkstatt site. This plugin was the only one that asked why I was uninstalling and gave me the option to report a bug.
    When I did just that, I got an immediate human response, and the problem was fixed in less than a day (with update 1.4).
    Customer service is the new marketing – and while you might not like the presence of a ‘Review Me’ nag screen, devs have got to make a living. And kudos to any dev that responds to customer input this well.
