I have not made the site public yet, as it is still under development. I do not have any cache plugins installed. Flushing WP cache does not help either.

What are next options?

Hi,

I really need this to work prior to going live. What could be causing the feed to be blank? I’ve tried multiple FB Likebox plugins, and they all do the same thing…shows nothing. Can you please help with this? It seems others have the same issue often.

Hi JC,

For a simple test.

Just activate the widget into any widget area. Do nothing with settings. Keep the widget default setting like our API key & FB Page URL, and save the widget once.

And check preview on site fronted.

If the plguin shows Weblizar FB Page, then no problem with plguin.
Now share your API Key & Page URL at here.

After that we will test plguin with your credentials.

I just did a fresh install, activated, and added to widget menu. I still just get the outlined box from my theme but nothing inside.

Actually I took a look at my page using MS Edge browser and it appears fine. I was using Chrome before and not seeing anything generate. I guess maybe Chrome has an issue. Are you aware of any issues that my be caused by Chrome browser? Just curious…as lots of people would use Chrome.

I have the same problem I use Firefox 43.0.4, but in this browser I can see only a blank box.
