Likebuttons showing up 4 times on 1 page

Hi there. So far your plugin has worked great. However I noticed that all my posts tagged as Video will get up to 3 likebuttons at the post heading.

How can I fix this?

I am new to wordpress but I guess with some basic steps I could try to edit the template to echo the php (if some steps are provided).
