Liked at first, then fell in love

So the theme is pretty good and all but the organization of the settings was driving me a little bit crazy. However, customer service (which is pretty important to most people I would think) is straight up AMAZING! I emailed them thinking “great, the 1 hour I have to work on my site after putting the kids to bed is now ruined. I wont get anything done until they reply”. Well, not only did I have my first reply from them in less then 5 minutes, I had anther reply with some CSS code snippets 5 minutes after that. The code snippets were perfect and did EXACTLY as I was hoping for.
