    Hi,

We’re using WordPress 5.2.6 right now with Gravity forms Version 2.4.17
with the Survey and Quiz addons

Is it possible to customize how the results from form are formatted in the xls?

I can send examples of what they’re used to with their old system in a follow up email and what our current export looks like. Especially interested if someway to display the likert scale questions within the xls file too? right now all the answers appeared in one cell together.

Do you offer customizations services or would you recommend that we explore a possible Zapier connection to feed results into an external xls or word template in our drive?

    Thanks

    Hi @jrock88,

I believe it should be possible to split survey columns. In the general settings tab for GFExcel there is an option to split all columns, should include likert. So not under a specific form, but under the settings of gravity forms globally.

You can send me an email on [email protected] if you have specific wishes I could build for you. Maybe we can work something out.

One of the reasons for this plugin is to avoid external services like zapier. I want people to control their own data, and not have to introduce potential security risks by using third parties, and sending them all the (sometimes personal) data. So I don’t think I will ever recommend this ??.

FYI, there is another topic about likert fields in this forum. Maybe this can help.

I’d you have any more questions, Let me know.
