• Hi guys,

after my webspace was moved to another server, hundreds of likes disappeared on some articles.

I have restored the wpulike table from the backup, but the likes are still missing.

Where does WPUlike store the likes?

    Thanks in advance
    Many greetings
    Michael

    hey @hessi2
we save likes info in wp_ulike_meta table! But if moved and can’t see the right values, It means that probably your post IDs has been changed!
How did you move your database to the new sever?!

Thanks for your Response. I have absolutely no Idea because it was done by my Hoster.

Yeah I think they have moved your posts using a plugin instead of moving whole database! we can’t help on this case! You need to check it with your sever provider.

No, they don’t have access to the Backend, of course. ??
They told me that it was a straight copy job of all the Files and DB. They just changeged the name of the server in the DB from webX.alfahosting-server to webY.alfahosting-server.

Maybe, it’s from interest, that I had similar problems with the complianz-Plugin. I had to reconfigure it from the scratch. Their support also had no idea, where all the Data is gone.

Edit: same with matomo. It lost the connection to the website.

To add the likes manually, I set the logging method to “no limit”.

When I click on “Like”, all the old likes appear again (but not the new ones). WTF?
