likes dislikes manual placement issue

Hi

I am using the following wordpress plugin and it works perfect but if I want to place the code manually in the comments.php and single.php pages, I can’t seem to place it where I would like it, I am doing it manually cause if I set it to automatic, it appears on the home page as well underneath my slideshow

If I do it manually, it places the likes/dislikes buttons above the post and under the comments and looks like it’s in a section all on it’s own and don’t look right

can anyone help me please?
