limit acccess in some category listing

    Hi,
    I want to set 3 category of listing can i do a page that precede the page of submitting listing , which user can choose the category that he want , after that i get the category that he has chosen and hide that field in the page of submitting listing.
    Another thing , Can i limit the number of character in the description field in listing for some category of listing.

    Hi arnaud,

    If I understand your question, you are looking for category-specific fields for the first one, yes?

    Right now, we don’t have full support for that. The fields end up in all categories.

    The character limit can be applied for the long description field, but again, it can’t be category-specific today.
