Limit anchor jump to content div?

  • Hi:
    I have a site setup with a single div to display content. Items from the various menus load content into that div and there are anchors inside some of the pages to scroll to those parts of the page via the menu.
    When the browser navigates to an anchor, the whole page is scrolled down. Is there a way to keep the top of the page from jumping and just limit scrolling to the content div?
