    Hi,

    I use the Booking Activities plugin and several of the addons to run my unicycle coaching business.
    We’ve had customers using their booking passes for friends by booking two places on the same event using one pass. Is there a way to prevent a user using their pass twice on the same event? I’ve had a look through all the options and searched this forum but can’t find anything relating to this. Am I missing something simple?

    You cannot limit a booking pass to 1 booking per event. However, you can limit an activity to 1 booking per event per user (regardless if the user uses a booking pass or not to make the booking).

    Go to Booking Activities > Calendar editor > the activity settings > Availability tab > “Max bookings per user” = 1

    @eddbmxdude Were you able to solve your problem?

    @yoancutillas This setting does not work, I have the same problem as the colleague above, and even with this setting does not work the user can do the registration only 1 time per activity but if this activity has other times he can also book. In my understanding it should not, since the setting was placed in the activity, so on any day or time that this activity is inserted the user who has already registered on another day and time could not book again.

    Hello, sorry I confirm that this option applies to each event individually, it is not possible to prevent a user from booking multiple distinct events from the same activity.
