limit category by buddypress group

    Hello, I’m using buddypress version 2.6.1.1 and User Submitted Posts version 20161122. I was wondering if there is a way to limit user category depending on the buddypress group they are from, such as, ‘group A’ can only post category ‘group A’.
    does some modification exist or where could I modify it?

    Hi mnicdpc, that’s not a built-in/included feature of the plugin, but you might be able to create a custom form template and use some custom code for conditional category display. You also would want to make sure to filter submitted posts to make sure they meet the category requirements. Again, this isn’t something that is included with the plugin, but hopefully that will give you some ideas.
