Limit checkbox option

Hello,

I’m building a form (https://vinte.com/poll/) and I was wondering if it’s possible to limit so you can only choose one value for each question.

For example if you already choose a 5 on the first questions, you won’t be able to choose a 5 on a different question you’ll have to choose from 4,3,2 or 1, this means that at the end of the poll each question will have a unique value checked.

Important:

I made this example with 5 questions but the final poll will have 25 questions, with checkboxes from 1 to 5, and the user will be able to choose each value only 5 times, this means that at the end the poll we will have 5 questions answered with number 5, 5 questions answered with number 4, 5 questions answered with number 3 and so on…..
