Limit Content for Site

Hey guys,
Very cool plugin. Quick question: is it possible to limit content not for individual users or capabilities, but for the entire site? I’d like to limit the number of pages and posts created for the entire site for a SaaS subscription product I’m creating right now. Thanks!
