I have the Pro version of Discount Rules for WooCommerce. Is there a way to create a coupon code that is limited to a single use per user? For example, I would like to offer a coupon code to users for 15% off their next order when they sign up for my newsletter, but I do not want them to be able to use that same code on every order they place. Also, I would like to offer the same coupon code (“Subscribe15”) to everyone who subscribes to the newsletter.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. This is Hari Pradeepa from the Customer Support Team.

Yes, you can create a woocommerce coupon with a “0” value and integrate it with rules created via discount rules.

If so, here are the step-by-step configuration :

    • Go to WooCommerce -> Marketing -> Coupons -> Add coupon and create a coupon code.
    • Set the percentage discount to 0 value: https://nimb.ws/fD543K
    • In Usage limits, set the usage limit to 1 time per user -> https://nimb.ws/pSV4Re
    • Then you can use this coupon code in the Discount Rules plugin and create your discount rules. Here’s a screenshot for your reference: https://nimb.ws/g2rvps
