limit length of post in wordpress

  • I am using wordpress. My BLOG pages is getting very big after posting new blogs, I set already

    Blog pages show at most = 10
    For each article in a feed, show = Summary

    I want the TITLE to be display with 30 words of Text for each Blog Post with Read More Link to read the full blog.

    I am looking for some Plugin which will work for me with easy handling. I am not aware of PHP programming and don’t want to play with the code.
