Limit Locked to Desired Dedicated IP

I’ve been following the setup guide provided by the plugin, but I’ve reached the “Sandbox Mode” section and have hit an issue.
The “Limit” dropdown is locked to “Desired Dedicated IP”.
There was an “Announcement” in the corner, stating the following…
“Service Quota increases are moving to the new Service Quotas dashboard. You can use the Service Quotas dashboard to view and manage your quotas for AWS services from a central location. Not all services are supported at this time.”I’ve visited the “Service Quotas dashboard”, searched “AWS services” for SES, clicked on “Sending quota”, followed by “Request quota increase” and then entered my desired value.
This request is pending, but once approved, I’m guessing I still need to find a way to complete the form, so that I’m removed from “Sandbox Mode”.
Is this something that’s likely to only be affecting myself or have AWS made some changes and the instructions in the plugin could do with an update to reflect the changes?
