Limit Login Attempts

  • Is there a way to implement limit login attempts in the free version of the plugin? Maybe through a piece of code in functions.php?

    Thank you for reaching out! To limit login attempts, I recommend installing the Limit Login Attempts plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/limit-login-attempts-reloaded/

    There is though a small issue with this plugin in correlation with SliceWP. The login attempts will be blocked correctly, however, the message displayed to the user will be a general one, not the one from the Limit Login Attempts plugin which lets the user know about the limitation in case they passed the login attempts limit.

    Considering that the Limit Login Attempts plugin has over 2 million installs, we will be looking at offering full compatibility with them in the foreseeable future.
