    is this plugin compatable with restrict content pro plugin which has it’s own login form. Does this setup has any issues?

    It should be compatible as long as restrict content pro uses standard WP login hooks. You can install them both and try to make a failed login attempt. If you see corresponding error messages on the restrict content pro login page, than all should be good. Don’t forget to test a successful login attempt too.
