Limit Login Attempts is blocking me

Hi, I’m not totally sure how this plugin works, but I cannot log into my own account.

I was logged in and tried to add a page, but WP wouldn’t allow me saying that I needed a higher level of permissions. That’s very odd so I thought I had logged in with the wrong account (one is Developer), and I logged out.

After that, when I try to log in, the login page just reloads. No messages whatsoever, so I am assuming that the plugin which is protecting me is now keeping me from entering my website?

I have tried with email and user name. Neither will work.

Any help will do. Thank you!
