I’m using WP 6.4.3 with Unicom theme and PHP 8.0. We are having issues with a gravity form – it keeps asking people to login, even though they are logged in. I want to disable the Limit Login Attempts plugin to see if that helps and I noticed that in the dashboard, I have two, yes two Limit Login Attempt icons that suggest I have two instances installed. When I go to installed plugins, Limit login attempts is only shows once. I disabled it and uninstalled it and now I still have one icon in the dashboard, but nothing shows in the active or installed page. How can remove this?

It looks like you posted your question into our support policy. Please don’t do this again as it’s reserved for informational purposes.

Most likely your hosting provider installed the LLAR plugin into the Must Use folder, like a lot of providers do. To remove it you have to access the file system of your site and remove it from the wp-content/mu-plugins folder manually.
