limit number of discount used

    the plan consists of a 100% discount on products in the BRUNOMACIEL3D category, I would like to limit it so that when a person purchases 10 products with this 100% discount it is reduced to 50%, using it as a monthly rule, and if they buy one annually I can change the rule for each month
