I love this plugin…but didn’t realize that all of the reviews were picked up on a page…even if they are not showing….

so our page looks like it has 615 words…but because we have so many reviews…it is actually 6500 words. Is there someway when I limit the number of reviews to 5 that it will not allow the other reviews to be seen??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Yes, you can use the option: Advance Options / Reviews limit, it will reduce the number of reviews and do not show all reviews.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Sorry, I have noticed that you’re using the old version of the Pro plugin, could you send your license code to support [at] richplugins.com ? If so, we will exchange your old license to a new one.

    Thanks!

    hi.
I loaded in the new version finally….thank you.

Obtained the new API key…and installation. Everything looked great…except the page is still showing 6500 words….:((

Is there another limiting place to cut the number of reviews besides the Appearance Widget and the Review Bundle Settings?

    Hi @nancy_reagan,

Could you send the debug information from the settings page of the plugin to support again? I will check the ‘Reviews limit’ option and why it does not a limits the reviews.

    Thanks!

The page that I’m optimizing is on this website – here is the link. https://bellareinaspa.com/delray-beach-massage/

I just check it with SEO Quake for Chrome & it shows 6700 words…they are coming from the Google Reviews.

There is no place to send you the attached screenshot….

    Hi @nancy_reagan,

Sorry, did you see my previous answer:

Currently I do not see that you change the old plugin to new and apply the ‘Reviews limit’ option. Can we continue to conversation in the support email? In this case we will quickly help you to change your old and unsupported plugin to new business plugin.

    Thanks!

    Lots of issues.
1.Advance Options / Reviews limit is missing.
    2. The Save Button is missing.
    3. The content pasted and saved previously disappears. e.g Place ID, Google Place Name.. Therefore Shortcode blank.

    Hi @ujoshi333,

Please understand that a Shortcode Builder does not save your created shortcode and state, it just a builder, you create the shortcode there and paste it to the selected page, after this you can change (add/remove) the parameters directly on that page in this shortcode.

I think your comment describes a new feature of the plugin, not the issue or bug and we will add this to our TODO list for further investigation to possibility of implementing this. But actually, if we decide to implement it, I’m not sure that it will be soon, because we have a large of more major issues at the moment.

Thank you, it’s very important for us to understand what features would be good in the plugin for our clients.

    Thanks!
