limit of subscribers with external SMTP?

    Hi,

    I’m using maipoet free plan and on the page admin.php?page=mailpoet-subscribers

    it says : “This is the total of subscribed, unconfirmed and inactive subscribers we count when you are sending with MailPoet Sending Service. The count excludes unsubscribed and bounced (invalid) email addresses.”

    and on the page admin.php?page=mailpoet-settings#/mta

    the 1000 subscribers’ limit is stated for Mailpoet service and not for another SMTP service.

    Is the 1000 limit still in place when using a non-Mailpoet SMTP service ?

    Yes, the subscriber limit is imposed based on the allowed limit of your plan whether you are using the MailPoet Sending Service or an external third party sending service.
