Limit one category on single post

    I’m using oceanwp for my website. On my single post, I have categories showing up as post metadata. What I want is to limit categories to show only the parent category as post metadata. For example, in the post that I have given the URL to, there are three categories showing up (Fitness / popular posts / Workout). I just want to display ‘Fitness’ category above the post and don’t want ‘popular posts and workout’ categories to display. How can I limit my category post meta to display up to one?
